When starting your backswing, you will want to make sure it starts smoothly, this is the only way you will be able to take a great shot. In lesson 1, you would have learnt how to start the backswing. Now, you would learn what you need to do when the club is in the air.
With the club in the air, it is time for you to get your body positioning right so that you could take a good shot. It’s too bad, that so many golfers focus on swinging their entire bodies, instead of swinging their club, they do this because they think it will give them more power in their shot. Do not fall prey to this habit because if this happens, the chances of you imparting optimal power and energy on your strokes minimizes greatly.
It’s funny, but a lot of people still think that your body should be as loose as possible before and while your taking your shot. This is true, however your muscles and your body should be very tight, when your are moving into your backswing.
